Role SummaryThe Physical Therapist provides comprehensive outpatient care for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post‑surgical patients. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong administrative support, and flexible scheduling so clinicians can focus on delivering excellent care.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting using evidence‑based interventions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated services
- Mentor junior clinicians and support staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Active Physical Therapy license
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Experience in outpatient, homecare, or multidisciplinary settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
