We are seeking experienced Non-Medical Caregivers to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals who provide in-home care to seniors in Southington, CT. As a Non-Medical Caregiver with Always Best Care of Greater Bristol, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a flexible and rewarding work environment. We are currently hiring for a client that is looking for services during the week (Monday - Friday) from 6pm-9pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable

• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary

• Converses with patients to provide assurance

• Observes Universal Precautions

• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping

• Provides patient laundry and linen changes

• Light housekeeping

• Provides medication reminders

• Meal preparation and clean up

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Must have Cell Phone/ Tablet

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Non-Medical Caregiver role

• High school diploma or equivalent
