What we need…
An application analyst to provide support and quality assurance in our Conversions software group. In this role you will be creating specifications, managing projects and working with internal teams to convert clients to a core processing system. Working within Agile methodologies, you’ll collaborate with software developers, product owners and other analysts to ensure clients successfully transition to our financial technology products.

What you’ll bring…
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider relevant certifications and/or work experience.
- Experience with PL/SQL and relational databases preferred
- Experience in banking or financial services a plus
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking principles, procedures and regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
- Self-starter, ability to take initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex thoughts in simpler terms
- Ability to provide basic written technical specifications
What you’ll do …
- Analyze data provided from multiple source systems for new client conversion, merger or acquisition
- Document, design, and create specifications for use by conversion teams
- Review and balance converted data to ensure accuracy
- Ensure documentation from respective source vendors is updated and retained for future reference
- Support all facets of the application mix being implemented for the new client
- Analyze client problems resulting in design or conversion flaws and proposes solutions
- Work with developers on possible needed re-design or follow-up testing
- Act as liaison between business teams and technical teams
- Analyze data, balance and perform validation for deconversions
Salary range for this role is $70,000-$105,800/annually
