Location: Southington, CT

Schedule: 32–34 hours/week | 3–4 days onsite
We’re looking for a local Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in Windows desktop management and modern endpoint technologies. This role requires hands‑on expertise and onsite presence in Southington, CT.
- Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
- Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
- Ensure desktop images meet organizational security and compliance standards
- Configure and manage Intune Autopilot profiles
- Develop and support Power Shell scripting for automation
- Deploy and manage Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates
- Validate updates in test environments before production rollout
- Troubleshoot update and deployment issues
- Manage endpoint configurations using GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, and Compliance Policies
- Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS)
- Windows OS deployment and lifecycle management
- Power Shell scripting
- Endpoint security and policy management
