Responsibilities for an Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:
+ Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of medical devices.
+ Perform equipment start-up, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and work order setup using electronic batch record and inventory management systems.
+ Conduct minor troubleshooting, pull quality control samples, maintain production flow, and escalate equipment issues when necessary.
+ Complete production documentation, update hourly production boards, and ensure all products meet quality and non-conformance requirements.
Candidates for Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, or a technical certificate with relevant experience.
+ Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Basic computer proficiency and the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., push/pull up to 80 lbs., and work in manufacturing environments, including clean rooms and production areas.

** Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
