To provide an EXCEPTIONAL CULINARY EXPERIENCE to our Guests, through proper preparation, presentation, and timeliness.

• Deliver an unparalleledguestexperience through the best combination offood,drinksandgamesinanidealenvironment forcelebrating all outfun.
• Prepares and sells foodthat meetsallfoodqualityindicatorsandprepared to guest expectations.
• Follow all kitchen directives from General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Manager.
• Responsible for preparing and cooking all food itemsbyrecipeandtospecification.
• Followsportionguidelines to ensure cost control, while maximizing the guest experience.
• Keeps stationclean,sets upandtakes down station tables appropriately.
• Safelyandcorrectlyoperates allequipment.
• Usesallchemicals properlyin thecorrectquantitiesforsafetyandcost control.
• Cleaning and maintenance of all kitchenmats,floors,walls and drains.
• Emptieskitchen trashandclean and maintains trash cans.
• HAVE FUN! Not accepting less than the best for our guests and fellow team members.
• Provide fast,unobtrusive,friendly and attentiveservice to those that are serving the guest directly
• Promptly keeps service managers fully informed ofallproblems orunusualmattersof significance.
  
  Takespromptcorrective actionwhere necessaryorsuggestsalternativecoursesof action.
• Creates awarm,funatmosphereforguests and team members.
• Adheres to company'ssanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• Dressedinproper dress code requirements, non-slip shoes,looking neat, clean and professional at all times. All uniforms should be pressed, all team members may have guest contact and need to put forth their best appearance.
• Follows all time clock standards. Punch in / punch out in full uniform
• Primarily assistsin Glass Hat, Dante’sBar, Crystal Bowl areas, includinggamesandbilliardareas if asked. VIP when needed.
• Keepsstationclean, stocked, andclean as you go
• Assist in keeping food storage areas clean, organized, andto health department standards.
• Maintains a thoroughunderstandingofallmenuitemsandis able to execute in a consistent and timely manner
• Performsopening/closingresponsibilities,includingparty set-up and breakdown/duties when assigned to party
• Assistsotherteam membersas neededor as businessdictates.
• Participatesinallincentivesandcontests, driving salesand promoting the brand.
• Maintainsa favorableworkingrelationshipwith all outside vendors and Crystal Beesteammembersto foster andpromoteacooperative, productive, effective andharmonious workingclimate.

• Work days, nights and/or weekends as required, including holidays
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with plenty of distracting conditions
• Move about venue, standing / walking for 100% of shift
• Repeated bending & stooping while serving guests
• Listen to service team / management needs, communicate clearly with service team / management verbally, non-verbally and with team members verbally
• Ability to read & write English handwritten notes
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds or/over 30 pounds with assistance.
• Any reasonable requests by management team needs to be executed to individual’s best ability to Crystal Bees standards.
• Have a genuine hospitality demeanor, professional culinary appearance, and the ability to smile!
