We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute operational Brand standards and ensure a friendly guest experience. If you have a great focus, passion for excellence, and strong problem-solving skills, we want you on our team!

Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
Responsibilities:
Team Environment:
  • Support a respectful team environment
  • Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members
  • Support the training of crew members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
Operational Excellence:
  • Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
  • Resolve guest issues promptly
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Profitability:
  • Drive sales goals and results
  • Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Manage cash over/short during the shift
  • Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
