Position OverviewWe are seeking responsible and dependable drivers with a passion for safety and customer service to join our team. As a school transportation driver, you will transport students to and from school and other designated locations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport students along assigned routes.
- Ensure the safety and well‑being of all passengers at all times.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and management as needed.
- Complete required daily logs and reports.
Must hold a valid Connecticut driver’s license with a V (van) or S (school bus) endorsement.
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience driving students or passenger transportation is preferred but not required.
Part‑time:
Average 30–35 hours per week.
