Warehouse Supervisor

Venture Solar is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. Candidates must have experience in receiving, issuing, organizing materials for maximum efficiency and preparing material daily to support Venture Solar residential installation crews.

• Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable, and identifiable.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory and prepare all installation kits on time.
• Pull material, restock installation crew vans, and return excess materials.
• Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse daily.
• Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, and job closeout paperwork.
• Deliver materials to job sites when needed.
• Use computer software system to issue and receive material.

• Must have warehouse experience in the solar field – required.
• Ability to use a forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Mechanical aptitude to pre‑assemble parts.
• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.
• Computer skills are preferred.

Valid, Active Driver’s License in the State of hire and Forklift Certification.

Full‑time, 40+ hours per week. Overtime pay for over 40 hours in one week. This is a benefits‑eligible role. $20.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
