We are a global Enterprise Software provider with a passion for sustainability. We pride ourselves in providing our large corporate customers with the Papyrus Platform for their customer engagement and Omni-Channel communication projects in North America and internationally.

Managing the office involves ensuring smooth operations and improving company procedures. As our accounting specialist, you will manage financial accounts, keep accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, and handle invoicing, taxes, and HR-related topics.

• Maintain accurate records of payments.
• Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• HR onboarding and operational tasks.
• Provide financial reports to senior management.
• Handle payroll functions.
• Review financial documents quarterly and annually.
• Prepare tax and VAT documents and manage tax payments.
• Maintain office condition and coordinate repairs.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT on office equipment.

• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Background in bookkeeping and invoicing.
• Understanding of taxes and employment law.
• Familiarity with Excel and databases.
• Knowledge of accounting systems like Navison.
• Strong ethics, morals, and judgment.
• At least 5 years of experience for entry-level positions.
