Revenue Accounting Manager

Spectrum Search has partnered with an extremely successful company looking to add a Revenue Accounting Manager.

This is a high-impact role with exposure well beyond Accounting — not a heads-down close-only position.

• Own revenue accounting operations and ASC 606 compliance
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing revenue team
• Build, improve, and automate revenue models and workflows
• Work with large, complex data sets to reconcile and validate revenue
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales
• Support quarterly filings and audits
• Interface with external stakeholders on revenue performance and questions

• 5–8+ years of revenue accounting experience – CPA preferred
• Strong command of ASC 606 and GAAP in a public company environment
• Comfort working with big data and modern data tools
• Experience with SQL-based environments (Alteryx a strong plus)
• A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve and scale processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across the business
