• Maintain the general ledger, accounts payable, and related accounting functions.
• Process monthly journal entries and prepare financial statements for management review.
• Handle weekly bank deposits and perform general ledger account reconciliations.
• Assist with month‑end close, yearly budget preparation, and payroll.
• Support special projects and assignments as directed by management.
• Report directly to the Accounting Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem‑resolution abilities with data analysis and conclusion drawing.
• Good time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented, organized, and efficient both independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Experience with intercompany accounts.
• Experience with multisite healthcare environments.

Must be able to sit for long periods in a well‑lit, air‑conditioned office environment.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 5 pounds.

Must be able to work under pressure; tasks involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials.
