  • Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate expense coding, approvals, financial documentation, and adherence to accounting procedures and company policies.
  • Support financial reporting, audits, and special accounting projects as directed by the Director of Finance and CFO.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accounting operations, internal controls, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support standardization, automation, and troubleshooting of AP and accounting workflows across procurement systems, AP platforms, ERP/accounting systems, and financial records.
  • Assist with implementation of accounting best practices, process documentation, and operational accountability initiatives within the accounting and AP functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience required, including strong experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Experience supporting complex AP operations, vendor payment management, and month‑end close activities is required. Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and working collaboratively across departments in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working within ERP or accounting systems is required.
