Hum Cap is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and transform the accounting function as the business scales. The role targets evolving from cash-basis to full GAAP compliance in preparation for its first audit, with revenue growth from ~$20M to $40–50M over 3–5 years.
The Controller will drive accounting transformation, establish internal controls, own the close process, and serve as the owner of all accounting operations in a high-autonomy, PE-backed environment.
