About The Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Plumbing Coordinator to support our Service team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role plays a key part in communication, scheduling support, reporting, and customer/vendor coordination within our plumbing service department.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the plumbing service department with daily administrative and coordination needs
  • Manage daily and weekly service reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform data entry and reporting, including quality checks and documentation
  • Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and inquiries from customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams
  • Assist with schedule coordination and deadline tracking
  • Communicate trends, service issues, or obstacles to the Director of Service
  • Help ensure same-day or next-day resolution for customer inquiries whenever possible
  • Assist with department payroll processing
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, technicians, vendors, and leadership
  • Support customer issue resolution and maintain a high level of service satisfaction
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused office environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation $22-24/hour

What Will I Do?
  • Managing daily/weekly reports, accurate data entry, detailed problem solving, quality assurance check of data and being a team player that fosters a morale enhancing environment
  • Handles phone calls, customer reviews, mail, and email inquiries from customers, other associates, merchants, and vendors accurately and professionally
  • Responsible for managing and meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Assist with working all inquiries from customers, internal and external departments, and management
  • Must establish excellent working relationships with all customers, merchants, vendors, and others in order to assist customers with their questions or problems to maintain a 1-day resolution to all inquiries and customer issues this includes learning processes in a variety of 3rd party websites
  • Communication with Management to report trends, issues or any obstacles that may inhibit or alter meeting established service goals
  • Assist with department payroll processing
  • Gathering and compiling data for reporting
  • Must ensure that all reporting is completed with accuracy and detail
  • Occasional customer interaction/issue resolution
  • Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization’s reputation and culture
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Do I Have What It Takes?
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of fleet dispatch and logistics a plus.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic dispatch software.
  • Service Titan experience a plus.
