The Intelligent Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based at Intelligent Office Southlake in Southlake, TX. In this position, the Intelligent Assistant will greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide high-quality customer service to clients and their customers. Daily tasks include handling scheduling requests, managing meeting room reservations, supporting mail and package handling, and performing general administrative duties such as data entry and document preparation.
The role also involves coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations, maintaining a professional and organized workspace, and responding promptly to client requests. The Intelligent Assistant will use office technology and tools to support clients’ business needs and help create a welcoming, efficient environment.
- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
