- ** Executive Communication:
** Demonstrate masterful presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex program data into compelling narratives for executive-level audiences.
* ** Tech & Wearables Expertise:
** Possess a deep, sophisticated understanding of the AR/VR landscape, wearable technology trends, and the competitive consumer electronics environment.
* ** Proven Track Record:
** Demonstrate a history of success in National Sales Leadership or Account Management, specifically within the technology, telecommunications, or premium retail sectors.
* ** Complex Problem Solving:
** Proven ability to navigate high-growth, fast-paced environments and manage the friction of complex, multi-layered retail organizations.
- ** Navigational Agility:
** Ability to thrive within the complexity of a global tech giant and a premier third-party sales agency simultaneously.
* A minimum of 5 years' management experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
* An interest in wearables, specifically AV and VR products, is a plus
* Ability to engage, inspire, demonstrate, and train
* Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
* Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment; motivated to achieve program goals
* Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts required
* Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, and grab approximately 20 lbs. occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
* Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
