A rapidly growing organization is seeking a Program Manager – Business Operations to support its business operations team while reporting to the Head of the Program & Project Management Office (PPMO). This highly visible role will lead strategic initiatives focused on partner onboarding, marketing optimization, and ongoing partnership management.
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving partner-focused strategies that maximize revenue and profitability, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen strategic relationships. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong accountability, negotiation skills, and a strategic, analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency across Sales, Technology, Marketing, and Product teams while continuously identifying opportunities for partnership growth and optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, define strategic objectives, and align initiatives with organizational goals in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary liaison across Strategic Partnerships, IT, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and cohesive execution across all work streams.
- Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery across multiple projects.
- Track and manage progress across projects to ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved. Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar platforms to maintain visibility and accountability.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, key achievements, risks, and business impact. Lead steering committee meetings and regular stakeholder updates.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure program changes are clearly communicated, adopted, and embedded across impacted teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance partnership operations, workflows, and program delivery processes using performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably leading strategic or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, along with traditional program management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Proficiency with program and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience presenting to and collaborating with executive leadership.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on outcomes, efficiency, and business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries or with embedded partnership models.
- Experience managing large-scale programs with multiple concurrent projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
