The ideal candidate will review drawings, prepare CSI-based estimates, coordinate with trades, and lead bid packages while balancing budgets, schedules, and client expectations across healthcare, financial, and light-industrial sectors. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in the field are preferred.
