Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) seeks a Construction Estimator to develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for multifamily apartments, senior living, affordable housing projects across Texas and Oklahoma. You’ll review plans, takeoffs, and bid documents; perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and vendor bid evaluation; support preconstruction budgets and value engineering.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in construction estimating, a related bachelor’s, and proficiency with Plan Swift
