Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Dispatch service technicians efficiently throughout the day
  • Coordinate schedules to maximize productivity and minimize drive time
  • Ensure technicians are routed quickly when jobs are completed
  • Maintain consistent communication with field technicians (no idle time)
  • Review calls for accuracy and proper job setup
  • Monitor job boards and adjust schedules in real time
  • Support call center operations and assist with customer service needs
  • Work collaboratively with management and service teams
  • Help set technicians up for success through detailed, accurate schedulin
Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Experience in dispatching or high-volume scheduling preferred
  • Call center or service-based industry experience is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Flexible availability (including rotating weekends/on-call as needed)
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
