Role DescriptionThe Account Representative is vital to daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
