Corner Stone Staffing in Southlake, TX is seeking a Bilingual Help Desk Representative for on-site, full-time employment. The role combines customer service with first-level technical support, delivering prompt resolutions in English and Spanish.
You will handle calls and emails, troubleshoot common issues, assist with account questions, and document interactions in our systems. Training is onsite, with a flexible 8-hour shift window between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
