Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and investment decisions.
- Utilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, developing guidelines, coordinating with various departments, and preparing budget presentations.
- Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses to inform business leaders and support strategic planning.
- Track and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Present complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software.
- Strong understanding of operational cost management.
