What This Role Is All About
Likewize is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Device Protection team onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas.
As our Finance Manager, you’ll be using your skills in financial modelling, FP&A, and critical thinking to drive the strategic decisions our Device Protection leaders make that keep Likewize going for growth.
This highly visible role is perfect for someone ready to lead, strategize, and build success across a complex, fast‑growing line of business.
Your Key Areas of Focus- Drive a smooth and timely month‑end close through strong partnership with the Accounting team
- Own the financial performance of Device Protection programs, managing P&L across revenue, claims, repairs, and logistics
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to actively improve loss ratios and margins
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Claims, Product, and Commercial teams to support smart, profitable business decisions
- Proactively analyze claims trends, cost drivers, and unit economics to surface efficiency and cost‑optimization opportunities
- Deliver impactful monthly close packages, variance analysis, and executive‑ready financial insights
- Design, build, and maintain KPIs and dashboards that bring visibility to program performance and overall business health
A Bachelor’s degree in a field that will set you up for success as a Finance Manager, including Finance, Economics, Math, Accounting, or something related.
6–8 years of professional experience that demonstrates your strong understanding of finance and/or accounting.
Strong Excel financial modelling skills — you haven’t just owned models, you’ve been building them! (Discounted cash flows, financial operation models, ROI‑based models, rolling forecast models)
Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Excel and Net Suite.
Someone comfortable hitting the ground running in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent relationship‑building skills. You know how to build rapport and trust with stakeholders in your business and those outside of it as well.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) that shows your dedication to the world of finance
- Ability to build and scale 3‑statement financial models
- Previous professional experience mentoring, supervising, or directly managing employees
