Bilingual LVN Back Office

Job Description

Excellent, full-time employment opportunity with competitive pay in an Allergy clinic. This candidate will be a key member of the clinic team responsible mainly for back‑office clinical duties and shot clinic. Front office experience is preferable. If you love interacting with patients and like a variety of responsibilities, this will be an ideal position for you.

• Take vital signs, medical history and room patients
• Perform allergy testing and lung function testing
• Administer allergy shots
• Prepare and administer medications as directed by providers
• Assist providers in clinic procedures as needed
• Appointment scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up on tests/procedures
• Manage phone calls from pharmacies and insurance companies
• Maintain clinic supplies inventory

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an LVN
• Licensed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Accountable, Dependable and Punctual work ethics
• Organized and pays attention to detail
• Preferable:
  Experience in an Allergy clinic
• Preferable:
  Experience with an electronic medical record
• Preferable:
  Front office experience
• Preferable:
  Bilingual in Spanish/English
