Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part time or Full time available!

Empower Adults Consulting, LLC bridges gaps in access to care by providing flexible, ethical, and person-centered behavior supports and ABA services for children, teens, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build skills, reduce barriers, and engage fully in their chosen lives

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct assessments (initial and ongoing) and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to behavior technicians in accordance with BACB standards
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to generalize skills and ensure continuity of care
  • Track client progress and adjust programming using data-driven decisions
  • Maintain documentation to payer and ethical standards
  • Work directly with adult consumers and help shape meaningful opportunities for community engagement
You Should Have:
  • Current BCBA certification and TX state licensure
  • 8 hour supervision training completed and able to supervise RBTs
  • 1+ year experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities; experience with adults preferred (but not required)
  • Commitment to evidence‑based practices and compassionate care
  • Comfort with both in‑person and telehealth models (as needed)
  • Strong communication and time management skills
