X is hiring for a Part‑time medical assistant at our WHRT Wellness Clinic in Southlake, TX.

We specialize in helping women change their lifestyle by assisting them with one of our personalized programs such as hormone replacement for hormonal imbalance, treatment of dietary consultations, nutrition programs, well women exams, aesthetics and weight loss treatments.

X, our Medical Assistant works in conjunction with leaders in hormone replacement therapy, weight management and overall women's health. Would you like to be a part of a great company with a bright future? No Medical Assistant certification required, and you receive 2 full weeks of hands‑on training to be able to assist in providing life‑changing results to our patients.
- High school diploma proof required.
- 6 months of medical assisting experience.
- Phlebotomy experience required, and assistance with minor procedures preferred.
- Able to manage a very fast‑paced environment with a customer‑service background.
- Proficient with EMR systems and HIPAA, sterilization control.
- Pass a criminal background check and must live in close proximity to Southlake.
- Perform manual vitals.
- Perform routine blood draws.
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as requested by the provider.
- Maintain lab equipment, document all lab results and quality controls.
- Run labs in‑house or have them ready to be run at another facility with proper labs ordered for each patient.
- Weekly inventory, ordering, and communication among others.
- Help assist front‑desk duties when needed.
- Strong work ethic.
Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
HoursClinic hours:
Mon 8‑5, Tue 8‑7, Wed 8‑1, Thu 7‑5, Fri 8‑5, Sat 8‑12pm. 2‑3 Saturdays a month required; when working a Saturday you will have a weekday off.

Compensation: $20 hourly
