JOB SUMMARY The Brand Development Manager is responsible for supporting the development, promotion and growth of the hotel’s brand presence. This position supports the sales department and works closely with marketing, operations and leadership teams to create engaging campaigns, strengthen community relationships, increase brand awareness and enhance the overall guest experience.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase hotel awareness and drive business.

Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and other digital platform channels.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across marketing, websites and other digital channels.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, special events, community activities and brand activations.

Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, media outlets, influencers and community partners.

Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to develop collateral, campaigns and imagery designed to generate leads, bookings, group business, increased revenue and repeat customers.
