• Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives that encompass business, operational, and information technology components.
• Ensure project outcomes are of the highest quality, with clearly articulated scope and measurable business benefits.
• Direct large-scale, complex projects, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure.
• Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are met within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Validate financial forecasts and cost assumptions, providing ongoing reconciliation of resources and project expenditures.
• Collaborate with resource managers to accurately forecast resource capacity and reconcile actual time spent against forecasts.
• Define and track project milestones, developing, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated delivery plan.
• Proactively manage project-level risks and interdependencies, addressing issues effectively.
• Partner with product owners and scrum masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices.
• Cultivate strong team relationships to ensure effective project delivery.
• Facilitate problem-solving and resolve stakeholder conflicts efficiently.
• Mentor and coach team members, removing roadblocks to drive project execution.

• 8+ years of comprehensive project management experience, leading multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, with a strong focus on product development, systems, and technical environments.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with industry-standard project management tools and artifacts, including project budgets, change requests, and status reports.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set clear direction, resolve conflicts, and deliver challenging messages with grace.
• Proven experience and deep understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Applied experience in establishing and successfully delivering complex projects.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing projects focused on the rollout of new technologies and software.
• A background in data, including a foundational understanding of data development processes and demonstrated experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, or governance teams.
• Exceptional ability to build strong partnerships and trust with stakeholders.
• Adept at navigating highly matrixed organizations and thriving in a collaborative culture.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely at all levels.
• Demonstrated sound business and technical acumen.
