Have Ping Experience To Be Considered Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze new and emerging security threats from various sources, proactively identifying potential vulnerabilities.
  • Design and implement advanced detection mechanisms based on evolving threat landscapes.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including federated identity, single sign‑on (SSO), and multi‑factor authentication (MFA) systems.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex security and system‑related issues, demonstrating strong ability to work independently.
  • Gain hands‑on experience and contribute to projects involving containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge across a broad spectrum of security domains, including network firewalls (L2/L3), application layer security, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti‑malware solutions, DDoS mitigation, traffic profiling/anomaly detection, wireless security, virtual private networks (VPN), and Voice over IP (VoIP) security.
  • Perform in‑depth network trace analysis to diagnose and resolve intricate security challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the highest levels of system security and client assurance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security posture, operational excellence, and the adoption of innovative security practices.
Must‑Hold Qualifications
  • 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience in security engineering, with a strong focus on implementation.
  • Proven expertise in identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including federated identity, single sign‑on (SSO), and multi‑factor authentication (MFA) technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • In‑depth understanding and practical experience with various security technologies such as L2/L3 firewalls, application layer security, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti‑malware tools, DDoS mitigation, traffic profiling, wireless security, VPN, and VoIP security.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting, including the ability to analyze network traces.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self‑starter mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience with advanced authentication methods, including passwordless solutions.
  • Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies.
