Project Manager​/Technology - Senior

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager/Technology - Senior to join their team. As a Project Manager/Technology - Senior, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager/Technology - Senior

Location: Southlake, TX (4 days onsite every week)

What's the Job?

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Manage a variety of projects, including product launches, application development, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Define, plan, and deliver strategic initiatives ensuring high-quality results and business benefits.
• Oversee all phases of project life cycle, managing scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to support Agile practices and project milestones.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of project management experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
