Sail Point Engineer / Support
Location:
Southlake, TX / Austin, TX Duration:
Full Time
- Own L3 incidents, problems, and escalations
- Act as onsite technical SPOC for IAM & SSO
- Perform deep troubleshooting and RCA
- Support JML, access requests, and approvals
- Manage SailPoint connectors, rules, workflows
- Execute aggregation, identity refresh, reconciliation
- Manage certifications, remediation, and audits
- Support Ping Federate SSO (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Troubleshoot SSO integration issues with applications
- Coordinate resolutions with offshore L1/L2 teams
- Lead incident calls and war rooms
- 5+ years in SailPoint Identity IQ support
- Strong hands-on with IIQ rules, workflows, certifications
- Ping Federate administration & SSO troubleshooting
- SAML, OAuth 2.
