GI Alliance is seeking an IT Enterprise Asset Manager / Application Administrator to oversee Solar Winds Orion asset management and ITSM platforms. You will own the ITAM/ITSM landscape, coordinate with vendors, and educate stakeholders on ITIL-aligned processes.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in enterprise apps support, 2–5 years with Net Suite, and 3+ years in IT Asset Management for large environments. This on-site role is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
