IDMC Administration Team Lead
We're looking for an experienced IDMC Administration Team Lead to oversee the administration and maintenance of our Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions. You'll lead a team of administrators, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our Data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the IDMC Data Integration with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration.
- Implement robust data governance and data security practices in alignment with IDMC capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrators, guiding them through complex IDMC Data integration scenarios.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex IDMC Data integration issues and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IDMC Data integration solutions and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
