Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer user accounts, access controls, and collaboration tools.
- Maintain and monitor systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- Support remote and hybrid staff with connectivity and device configuration.
- Implement best practices for data protection, backups, and patching.
- Document IT processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital and cloud solutions.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning for talent and staff.
