SRE / Production Support Engineer
We are looking for an experienced SRE / Production Support Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise-level system administration, application support, monitoring, and automation.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Grafana, Python scripting, application monitoring, dashboard creation, and alert setup. The role will focus on improving system reliability, proactively identifying issues, and automating operational activities.

- Support enterprise system administration, deployments, and production activities.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Follow SDLC processes and contribute to process improvements.
- Work with large-scale distributed and highly available systems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve reliability and performance.
