PositionWe are seeking a dedicated Account Manager – Health & Life Insurance to support and strengthen client relationships while managing policy administration and renewals. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who excels at communication, organization, and client service.
The Account Manager plays a critical role in client retention, policy implementation, and ongoing account support
, ensuring clients clearly understand their coverage and receive timely, professional service.
This is a salaried position with additional production-based bonus opportunities

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, in person, and digital channels
- Provide professional, responsive service that supports client retention
- Clearly communicate policy changes, renewals, and coverage updates
Policy Administration & Support
- Implement new health and life insurance policies
- Manage policy renewals and documentation
- Prepare and process policy documents accurately
- Maintain detailed and organized client records
- Document conversations and ensure timely follow-up
Sales & Growth Support
- Solicit, sell, and negotiate new policies with existing and new clients
- Support internal team members in advancing company growth
- Create educational materials and client-facing literature
- Attend networking events, educational seminars, and community functions on behalf of the company
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Perform administrative tasks including paperwork, filing, and record maintenance
- Set appointments and manage office schedules
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Texas Health & Life Insurance License or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence with active listening skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
- Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
- Base Salary: $44,000 – $48,000 (commensurate with experience)
