Job Position

Description:

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following Puro Clean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate.

Responsibilities:

* Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand

* Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs

* Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence

* Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with the Owner

* Leaving job sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines

* Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively

* Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard

* Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

* Training staff and technicians

* Continuous on-site job presence and assist in projects

Qualifications:

* Experience in equipment, asset and financial management

* Proficient using Xactimate & Symbility/Mobile Claims estimating platforms

* Experienced in Xact Analysis, Claims Connect, MICA, Dash software platforms

* Experience with program work from all major insurance carriers

* Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling

* IICRC certified in ASD, WRT and AMRT

* Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'

* Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth

* Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
