PGA TOUR Superstore - - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors;
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive the Customer experience;
Maintain the Soft Goods area in a clean, professional presentation at all times;
Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities
