Retail Part-Time Store Associate; Southlake Town Square - Southlake, TX

Tech Style Fashion Group – Fabletics is currently seeking a Part‑Time Store Associate for our upcoming Retail Store at Southlake Town Square, Southlake, TX.

As the Store Associate, you will deliver a best‑in‑class retail experience by enabling customers to shop seamlessly between our website and physical stores. You will work alongside the Store Manager, supervisory staff, and associates to engage customers, support the store’s mission of helping customers live their passion, and meet aggressive business goals.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (typically 10–30 lbs).

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal and social skills, self‑motivated, good communicator.
• Ability to work within a large team, multitask, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Comfortable engaging the public in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with inventory and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two hours consecutively; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
