We need a team leader to assist the Store Manager in carrying out our desire to always improve.

Requirements
  • Availability to work on a full time basis throughout holidays and black-out periods.
  • Organization, time management, creativity, and a strong passion for fashion is a MUST.
  • Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the brands we carry and trends. Highly motivated to sell and lead by example.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends, including opening and closing shifts to meet the needs of the business.
  • Leadership skills must be inherent and natural.
  • 2 years in luxury retail
Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting the Manager in the following tasks as assignments may be asked of you:

  • Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintain store staff effectiveness by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Conduct performance reviews on a quarterly basis.
  • Awareness of busiest days of the year, this is when you are most needed and plan yourself accordingly.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Works with HQ staff to maintain an enticing product offering via regular feedback. Works to determine additional needed sales and promotions.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Develops an atmosphere of trust and respect among staff which results in positive morale.
  • Generate Ideas for events, promotions, employee spiffs, and customer engagement.
  • Perform onboarding for new employees and provide HR with any new information that arises for an employee.
  • Communicate to HQ on store updates, event turnouts, employee issues and successes on a regular basis via Weekly Recap Form.
