Responsibilities
- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store

- Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming
- Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
- Participates as the manager-on-duty driving engagement
- Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Utilizes company tools to analyze business opportunities
- Ensures omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately
- Engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
