Customer Service Coordinator – Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store. Ensures prompt, courteous service, promotes loyalty and credit programs, maintains a clean and organized environment, and models outstanding customer service.

• Creates positive customer interactions and addresses concerns promptly.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalized service.
• Assigns registers, manages POS coverage, and supports break scheduling.
• Communicates effectively with management and team, providing updates and feedback.
• Ensures adherence to policies, labor laws, safety standards, and store procedures.
• Supports store goals such as shrink reduction and safety awareness.

• Minimum of 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and train others.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service best practices.
