- - Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business.;
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate associates; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates and succession planning.;
Lead the associate and pet parent experience, ensure safety and high standards, and ensure compliance with policies and code of ethics.;
Analyze store performance, manage expenses, labor, and inventory, and submit store-related reporting; communicate results to leaders and drive improvement plans.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership team on in-store and community events and partnerships; oversee onboarding, reviews, recognition, and engagement.
