Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers) with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.;
Drive store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience by motivating and engaging team members.;
Maintain compliance with safety and food safety standards and consistently model Sprouts leadership behaviors.;
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, unloading, stocking, and ensuring freshness and pricing accuracy.;
Be responsible for P&L ownership, including managing inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
