The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Southlake, TX, responsible for leading daily store operations and supporting sales performance. This role oversees and motivates the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective communication, and adherence to brand standards on the sales floor. The Sales Supervisor assists with scheduling, training, and coaching team members, while monitoring key performance indicators and contributing to sales strategies.

Daily tasks include engaging with customers, resolving service issues, managing visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy. The role collaborates with store leadership to achieve sales goals, uphold company policies, and create a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, coach, and develop store staff.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage shoppers, build relationships, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Experience in retail sales supervision or leadership within apparel or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Southlake, TX, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, fashion, or related fields is a plus.
