Position Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving market share while building long-term customer relationships to achieve maximum sales profitability, assigned quotas, and account penetration within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong clinical presence, strategic sales execution, and the ability to support procedures, education, and account development across Northern California.

- Establish a daily presence in customer accounts through sales calls, case coverage, stroke calls, and training/education.
- Build and maintain a network to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers to understand account needs and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
- Resolve customer questions or complaints and provide solutions.
- Introduce customers to new products, services, and enhancements.
- Provide in-servicing and clinical support in procedure rooms and surgical suites.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, orders, lost business, and account interactions.
- Develop territory business plans and forecasts.
- Analyze sales data and execute strategies to achieve quarterly quota.
- Monitor competition within the territory.
- Maintain professional knowledge through training, education, and networking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Execute territory strategies to convert market share.
- Develop short- and long-term territory growth plans.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and exceed targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and active auto liability insurance.
- Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
- Neurovascular or vascular sales experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to move between hospital accounts and worksites.
- Lift or move objects up to 35 pounds.
- Frequent standing, sitting, and communication with others.
- Operation of motor vehicles.
- Multi-state travel required approximately 50–70%.
