Position: B2B Sales Rep – Project Manager (full‑time).

Location:

Southlake, TX. Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses, with average earnings ranging from $75,000 to $125,000 per year.

• Identify targets and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Communicate with clients in person and over the phone to establish a good rapport and listen to their needs.
• Explain how our products and services can best satisfy client requirements.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, production, and installation teams to complete orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and conduct periodic check‑ins to confirm satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) sales and project management.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience in sign, construction, or sales industries.
