Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly.
No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy.
Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee.
Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support.
Requirements- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A strong desire to sell memberships and value to clients
- A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance
- Evening and weekend availability
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Engage with clients in regard to interests and goals; recommend services from there
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
